everything was fine, efficient staff, great views of the mountains. the hotel location was comfortable and perfect to everything i 'm interested in within easy walklng distance. further, it was right by 5th avenue, eateries, delis, and restaurants in the area and downtown, and good restaurants.

It was quiet even though it is downtown. I noticed a defect in the tub (which did not affect me,) but it was noted immediately by the receptionist when I noted it at check-out.

It's location - right in downtown, walking distance to many attractions and driving not that far. Maid service was very good.
Did not like the sweet smell in the room. They either sprayed the room or it is the static cling from washing - it bothered my noise.

After travelling for 10 weeks it was nice to be able to open the sliding balcony door instead of air conditioning all the time. Great central location and fantastic food accross the road at the Brewary.

Brew pub across the street with great god and beer.
Very expensive, very dated, horrible beds, very noisy. Basically a motel 6 with Sheraton pricing.

The hotel staff were very helpful even during our check out at 3:30 am. We found the location very good: near the hotdog stand in the parking lot, near a bicycle rental shop and the parks, and across the street from the brewhouse.
The feel and look of the hotel is quite old.

staff was great, location is great
rooms, very small rooms and the worse of all were the beds, they were so bad. overall the hotel is great but i will not stay there agin due to the beds very uncomfortable!!!!!

Rooms large, huge windows, easy walking distance to downtown shopping and dining.
Stayed in 2 different rooms, at the beginning and ending legs of our trip...one room had obviously been refurbished, the other was about ready to need new rugs and a facelift.

Downtown location.
Room wasn't ready, Booked.net said ck in was 12:00, but it wasn't until 3:00pm. Reserved a king room and was given 2 queens. Complained to front desk and was then given a room on the 2nd floor that was so noisy we couldn't sleep. It was absolutely horrible!!! Staff was not nice at all. Will never stay there again!!

The room was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel was very good.
No shuttle service or complimentary breakfast.
